The process of selling your property with M&M Estates can be completed within 4 steps

  • An information pack will be sent to you with an instruction form for completion.
  • When the completed form is returned; we will instruct a surveyor to visit your property.
  • The surveyor will undertake a valuation of your property and a report of the valuation is sent to us for consideration.
